CLAIRE BATHGATE
Originally from Sydney, Australia, and now living in Berlin, Claire is a passionate advocate for the power of movement. With a background deeply rooted in dance, Claire brings a unique blend of expertise to her role as a teacher, specializing in mat Pilates, reformer, and barre. At the heart of Claire’s approach is a commitment to providing a technically precise and anatomically informed movement practice. Choosing creativity over rigid rules, Claire aims to help her students rediscover their body’s balance, improve breathing function, and enhance their awareness of movement and one’s own body. Beyond teaching, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and radiating her passion for movement and wellness.
ARMONIA STAMATAKI
Armonia is an experienced Pilates instructor and dancer from Greece. She is qualified to teach both mat and equipment Pilates classes and also holds a diploma in dance. Her career journey has taken her through private studios and physiotherapy clinics where she discovered the therapeutic power of Pilates, an experience that enriched her teaching style enabling her to tailor sessions to individual needs and focus on the healing aspects of movement. Committed to continuous growth, she regularly attends educational seminars and further training.

With over two decades of ballet experience, Ingrid has evolved into a certified personal trainer, barre, and Pilates coach, passionate about offering fitness classes that merge strength, flexibility, coordination, and a hint of ballet’s grace. Expect a challenging yet enjoyable class tailored to all levels, where individual progress is key, and positive vibes take center stage.

Ina is a certified Pilates teacher. After years of practicing various types of dance and yoga, she discovered Pilates, and it was love at first movement. The training brought her physique and awareness of her body to a new level. It is her passion to share the knowledge and practice of this efficient, sustainable bodywork with others.
ANTON DOBERSCHÜTZ
With movement and music, Anton is trying to keep the balance in his regular job as a product manager. He combines all three skills to create classes that are engaging, tough, and tailored to the students’ needs. He is a passionate cyclist and cycling coach but quickly realized that a good core and flexibility workout supports him on the bike. If you join his classes, you can expect a nice flow and music that will help you get through a tough workout.
ARIEL HAYUN
Ariel Hayun is a contemporary dancer and a certified Pilates teacher.
She has been teaching Pilates since 2016 and uses her own experience as a dancer in her classes. For Ariel, movement is a source of empowerment and energy, a space of exploration and reflection, a practice that brings us back to our central axis.
Her classes are playful and authentic.
DENISE RIGATO
Denise is a former dancer and certificated Pilates and barre instructor, passionate about the movement and how it works. During her career as a dancer, she approached Pilates as a form of reinforcement and injury prevention. Today, combining all the multidisciplinary knowledge, her main goal is to create a class where the focus is to strengthen our body and mind through conscious movement.
BETTI ROMPOS
Betti is a professional dancer, certified yoga teacher, pilates, and barre instructor coming to Berlin from Prague.
After an injury, she turned to yoga completing her first yoga teacher training in 2016.
Currently, she teaches vinyasa, rocket, and ashtanga yoga, as well as pilates, and full-body -workouts. In her classes, she keeps exploring, experimenting, and mindfully attacking our limits.
MAREN SCHÜSSLER
Maren is a certified Dance, Pilates, and Yoga teacher. During her time at the dance academy in Hamburg, she also fell in love with the Pilates Method. In 2023, she finished her 200h Hatha Yoga teacher Training and the 300h Jivamukti Teacher Training. She has been following her passion as a teacher since 2016. The students can feel this love and dedication in her classes. For Maren, the most important thing is that her students feel safe and empowered.

Carolina is a professional contemporary dancer, yoga and pilates certified teacher. She has been teaching pilates, dance, ashtanga and power vinyasa yoga since 2016 between Italy, Brussels and Germany. Carolina’s teaching is a journey into the body. She helps you to cultivate a way of being aware of how we move in space through the power center, understanding the anatomy and alignments of the body. Her classes are revitalizing and challenging. She always finds ways to make you smile during the hardest postures.

In 2018, Lucie discovered her passion for Pilates, as it fundamentally transformed her connection to her body. Eager to share this profound experience, she became a dedicated Pilates instructor. Emphasizing precise movement execution, proper breathing techniques, and core strength. Lucie’s classes provide a space for balance, increased flexibility, and core empowerment, aiming to promote overall well-being.
ANDREA GONZALES
Andrea, born and raised in Mexico City in a family of athletes, started competing in swimming and triathlon from a young age. A knee injury led her to discover Pilates as a way to stay active and rehabilitate. She became certified as a Pilates instructor in 2011 and later in Barre in 2019. In 2022, she completed a 125-hour Barre certification after moving to Berlin. Her classes aim to achieve mind-body connection emphasizing alignment through controlled and precise movements that challenge both mentally and physically.
CHRISSY SCHRAMKE
Chrissy is a Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher (800+ hours) trained in India and Berlin. She is also certified in pre/post-natal yoga and health, hypnobirthing, and hypnosis. Around 2010, Chrissy began to explore different asana practices with the intention to balance out training as a runner and stress from corporate life. After some years, she fell in love with the Jivamukti practice, as it not only met her initial intentions but also introduced her to the spiritual side of the practice. Eager to share the profound effect yoga had on her and those around her, she decided to embark as a teacher. She enjoys teaching energetic yet thoughtful and compassionate classes to all levels. She also incorporates different elements from hypnosis and hypnobirthing into her yogic teachings.
SEBASTIAAN BIRKMAN
Sebastiaan enjoys holding space for Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini Activation, Breathwork, Meditation, Inversions, Sound Journeys, and Kundalini Bliss. They are also active as a Photographer and Music Producer. Sebastiaan Loves practicing Yoga, Union, Oneness, Love, and reading, sharing stories on the subject from Tantra, the Tao, Channeled Material, Buddha, Gene Keys, I Ching, Yoga Sutras, and many more. Yoga sessions often have a topic like hip opening and start with a meditation, followed by asana practice, then a deeper stretch, a little yoga story, and in a state of Bliss, Shavasana.

As an Advanced Certified 800+ hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, she remains deeply connected to the method’s core essence of compassion for all beings. Incorporating the principle of Ahimsa, or non-violence, into her daily spiritual practice, she fosters empathy and respect for diverse perspectives. Her classes offer a flowing and challenging journey, with asanas that progressively build upon each other, catering to all levels. Through various elements such as music, breath-related movements, mantras, and hands-on assists, she facilitates a true connection with the present moment.
RUBY JONES
Ruby is a certified Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga teacher as well as a professional dancer and performer.
Dance has been an integral part of her life since early childhood which is being complemented by yoga since 2017.
Her dance background translates to dynamic, creative flow sequences that build stamina and focus. Her class encourages a sense of play, and may borrow elements from a variety of schools of yoga, classical Pilates, floor barre, ballet, contemporary dance, or other movement-based somatic practices. Through her class Ruby hopes her students feel better equipped to find grace moving through life’s countless transitions.
AMIT SHICHOR
Amit is a 500H certified yoga teacher, with numerous further training in different styles of yoga. He started as a devoted Ashtanga practitioner, and through his journeys in India and Nepal, his practice found its home in Hatha yoga. His connection to tradition led him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, focusing on yogic and other eastern schools of thought. For Amit, yoga practice is the everyday effort to set the right terms to come closer to a more present sense of being. He has been teaching diverse crowds since 2019, spanning from being an assistant in teacher training to teaching children with disabilities. All these experiences have strengthened his belief that yoga truly is for everyone and requires only a willing spirit.
KOKO FABER
Koko is a certified Vinyasa, Yin, and prenatal yoga teacher who has been on the mat since 2001 and teaching in various locations around Berlin since 2017. Her vinyasa classes exude strength, dynamism, and playfulness, yet remain accessible, while her yin and prenatal classes focus on nurturing and soothing qualities. She strives to teach in an engaging, lively, safe, and informative manner, avoiding dogma, thus empowering her students to discern what suits their unique requirements. Expect a practice that encourages movement, mindful breathing, and self-discovery, complemented by thoughtfully curated playlists.

Chrissi is a future physical therapist and is very excited about conscious movement and how amazing the human body is.

SOPHIE SENONER
In 2009, Sophie flew to the Sivananda Ashram in South India, where she discovered the healing power of yoga. Since then, she has been training in yoga several times a week. You can still find her training in studios all over Berlin. ✨
In 2017, after training in Tantric Hatha Yoga in Nepal, she began teaching friends, laying the foundation for Hi!Yoga. With no start-up capital, Sophie relied on friends’ and the team’s support. Today, Hi!Yoga offers diverse body-mind practices at its three locations, thanks to the community’s ongoing support. 🙏🏼

BILLUR KAVALA
Billur is a yoga and sports enthusiast. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in International Finance and Public Relations from her hometown Istanbul and worked as a financial auditor for multiple years. Discovering yoga during the pandemic inspired her to pursue a path aligned with her values and interests, leading her to leave her corporate job. She became a karma yogi at Hi! Yoga, finding fulfillment in contributing her time and energy to the studio community. Now, as the Studio Manager, Billur ensures the smooth operation of both studios.

His connection to tradition led him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, focusing on yogic and other eastern schools of thought. For Amit, yoga practice is the everyday effort to set the right terms to come closer to a more present sense of being. He has been teaching diverse crowds since 2019, spanning from being an assistant in teacher training to teaching children with disabilities. All these experiences have strengthened his belief that yoga truly is for everyone and requires only a willing spirit.
KOKO FABER
Koko is a certified Vinyasa, Yin, and prenatal yoga teacher who has been on the mat since 2001 and teaching in various locations around Berlin since 2017. Her vinyasa classes exude strength, dynamism, and playfulness, yet remain accessible, while her yin and prenatal classes focus on nurturing and soothing qualities. She strives to teach in an engaging, lively, safe, and informative manner, avoiding dogma, thus empowering her students to discern what suits their unique requirements. Expect a practice that encourages movement, mindful breathing, and self-discovery, complemented by thoughtfully curated playlists.
AMY MARZECKI
Amy is a professional dancer, yoga teacher, and pilates instructor.
While studying and performing at international schools and stages all over the world, she discovered and bridged her experience as a dancer with her yoga practice. Finding herself on a journey of physical and spiritual awareness, Pilates came as a natural progression for Amy.
DEMI TEKIN
Demi is a pilates teacher since 2021.
Learning and teaching the pilates method in Southern California allowed Demi to train with the leading names in the pilates industry such as Rael Isacowitz.
In her classes, she loves to create more body-aware and control of the way we move in space.
CHRISSI JUNG
Chrissi is a future physical therapist and is very excited about conscious movement and how amazing the human body is.
During her classes, she is thrilled to give your body all the attention it deserves. She guides you through carefully selected strength and mobility exercises while sharing some knowledge about the human body.

SOPHIE SENONER
In 2009, Sophie flew to the Sivananda Ashram in South India, where she discovered the healing power of yoga. Since then, she has been training in yoga several times a week. You can still find her training almost daily in studios all over Berlin. ✨
In 2017, after training in Tantric Hatha Yoga in Nepal, she began teaching friends, laying the foundation for Hi!Yoga. With no start-up capital, Sophie relied on friends’ and the team’s support. Today, Hi!Yoga offers diverse body-mind practices at its two locations, thanks to the community’s ongoing support. 🙏🏼

BILLUR KAVALA
Billur is a yoga and sports enthusiast. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in International Finance and Public Relations from her hometown Istanbul and worked as a financial auditor for multiple years. Discovering yoga during the pandemic inspired her to pursue a path aligned with her values and interests, leading her to leave her corporate job. She became a karma yogi at Hi! Yoga, finding fulfillment in contributing her time and energy to the studio community. Now, as the Studio Manager, Billur ensures the smooth operation of both studios.
