In this workshop we will explore and play with perspectives, bringing them together so that each one of us can develop a feel for their personal chart. While there are many elements to the chart, we will focus on specific parts that we can connect to in our every-day lives so that from there we can move deeper.

BREATHWORK & ICEBATHING
Patricia, who is a yoga teacher, healer and breathwork facilitator, is coming from Thailand to Europe. Sophie met her in Thailand and did many breathwork and icebathing sessions with her, which were incredible experiences. So we invited her to our brand new space at Monumentenstrasse: Hi! Basement. Please book our ice bathing workshop soon, if you want to join, as we need to order the ice.
