FLOW Studios offers Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Mobility, and Strength classes across three studios in Neukölln, Kreuzberg, and Schöneberg.

Our classes focus on functional, mindful movement to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term physical wellbeing.

All classes are open to all levels and all genders, and are taught in English by experienced coaches who guide with clarity and care.

We also offer online classes, allowing you to practice wherever you are.

Ready to Flow?

  • Please bring your own mat, if possible. We provide mats at the studio, but we recommend bringing your own for added hygiene.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and begin on time.
  • You can book our classes via Eversports or Urban Sports Club.
  • Please book your class online before arriving at the studio. We don’t offer on-site bookings or accept cash payments.

All three Flow Studios in Berlin are available for rent—perfect for weekly classes, workshops, events, or photo and video shoots.

We offer a spacious and well-equipped environment, ideal for a variety of activities. Rental includes access to our high-quality equipment. The studios are available for rent at any time that is not occupied by our regular classes, as listed in the schedule.
